Artur Shvetsov – director, choreographer, coach

Artur was born in Ukraine and began dancing at the age of 8. He quickly fell in love with Ballroom dancing and has dedicated his life to his career. At the age of 15 he won all regional competitions in the Ukraine and was ready to challenge himself to the next level. At the age of 17 he graduated from the Pedagogical University Vladimira Vinuchenka, majoring in Dance Choreography as well as minoring in Ballet and Dance Stage.

Arturs success is due to his unique incorporation of different dance styles in his Latin dancing, At the age of 19 Artur became a finalist of the Ukraine Championships and several other prestigious competitions in Russia.

Carolina Avila – owner, director, coach

Carolina Avila started dancing at the age of 17. She fell in love with Ballroom dancing and emerged herself in learning all styles. She is trained in DVIDA syllabus for American Smooth, American Rhythm, Hustle, Argentine Tango, and Salsa. She quickly fell in love with International Latin and began serious training under Andrew Phillips and Vibeke Toft. By the age of 20 she became finalist in Pro-Am International Latin in the United States DanceSport Championship, Manhattan Dancesport Championship, and Ohio Star Ball as well as First place in many competitions through out the U.S.

When she turned 24 she turned professional and began competing with her professional partner Srdjan Mikuljan. They went on to compete through out the United States, achieving results in the Final, and placing top 3 in Rising Star Professional Latin. In 2015, Carolina started dancing with her current professional partner Artur Shvetsov.

She now coaches with Andrei Gavriline, Elena Kryuchkova, Eugene Katsevman, and Maria Manusova as well as world renowned coaches visiting the United States. She has also opened her company Flawless, and now travels through out the states not only competing in Professional Latin, but servicing ballroom dancers with Hair and Make-up. She has worked for several prestigious dance studios such as Dancesport, Dance with Me, and Arthur Murray Studios. She is now eager and excited to branch out on her own with her partner Artur Shvetsov and expand her Make up and Hair company.

Pavel Bic / director manager

Pavel Bic started competing for his country, the Czech Republic, at the age of 6. At the age of 13, Pavel became the Junior Champion. Dedicated to the art of competitive dancing, his hard work paid off and at the age of 17, Pavel became the Youth Champion of the Czech Republic and went on to win the Youth Championship two years in a row.

Pavel has represented his country at the World Championship, European Championship, Central European Championship, World Cup and European Cup multiple times. In 2007, Pavel became the Vice Champion of the Czech Republic.

Altogether, Pavel has also represented his country 6 times at the Standard World Championships. Pavel has been a continuous finalist and champion in the Czech Republic and is well respected as an instructor and lecturer in the art of Competitive Ballroom Dance as well as Dance Movement Therapy.
